Brooklyn day care worker sat on a 3-year-old girl, buried the tot’s
face on a cot, then pulled her arm behind her back so she couldn’t move —
and it’s all caught on video, authorities said Monday.
Ekaterina Silva, 35, was charged Saturday with attempted assault, endangering the welfare of a child, attempted unlawful imprisonment and harassment.
The incident happened inside Bambi Day Care in Crown Heights last Thursday, police said, but came to light the following day after the girl, Lauren Henry, told her mother that somebody had walked on her back.
Lauren’s mom Diasia Gillepsie, Silva and Allison Reid, owner of the Rogers Ave. center, then sat down and watched video from a surveillance camera.
